These Terms of Service apply when you browse Rushmoor Online Shopping, contact Rushmoor through the website or submit an order. Rushmoor Online Shopping is operated by Rushmoor Pure Organics.

1. Ordering through the website

The website allows you to browse products, see current prices and availability indicators, build a basket and submit an order. Unless an online payment is completed and expressly confirmed, submitting an order does not by itself mean that Rushmoor has finally accepted it.

2. Product information and availability

Rushmoor aims to keep product names, descriptions, images, pack sizes and prices accurate. Packaging, colour, size, origin or appearance may vary from the image shown. Availability can change before your order is confirmed, particularly where another customer purchases the remaining stock.

3. Locations, delivery dates and time slots

You must select a Rushmoor location that is accepting online orders. Locations marked “coming soon” or “inactive” cannot currently fulfil online orders. Standard orders are normally processed for the following day. You may select an available delivery window or submit a custom request. Same-day and custom requests are not guaranteed and depend on stock, delivery capacity, operating hours and direct confirmation from Rushmoor.

4. Prices and currency

Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in United States dollars. Rushmoor may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting or fulfilling an order. Where a correction affects your order, Rushmoor will contact you before proceeding.

5. Wholesale and bulk quotations

A wholesale or bulk quotation request is an invitation for Rushmoor to assess your requirements; it is not an order or a promise to supply. Wholesale pricing, availability, delivery or collection arrangements, payment terms and quotation validity are confirmed in the written quotation. Retail website prices do not automatically apply to wholesale requests.

6. Payment

Use only a payment option displayed at checkout or payment instructions sent by an authorised Rushmoor representative after your order has been reviewed. Always verify the order reference, amount and recipient details before making payment.

7. Order confirmation and temporary stock holds

An order reference confirms that Rushmoor received your request; it is not final confirmation of availability or delivery. Products may be held temporarily while an order is reviewed. An unpaid or unconfirmed order may expire and the products may become available to other customers. Rushmoor may accept the order, offer part of the order or alternatives with your agreement, or decline the order where products, delivery capacity or payment arrangements are unavailable.

8. Cancellations, substitutions and refunds

Ask to cancel an order as soon as possible. Cancellation may be restricted after goods have been prepared, dispatched or collected. Rushmoor will seek your approval before making a substitution that materially changes the product, quantity or price. Approved refunds are processed through an appropriate channel and may require proof of payment.

9. Perishable, chilled and frozen goods

Fresh, chilled and frozen products depend on suitable availability and delivery conditions. Please inspect your order promptly and report a material problem within a reasonable period, quoting your order reference and providing photographs where practical.

10. Acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, submit fraudulent orders, misuse payment processes, collect protected information without permission or use the service unlawfully.

11. Website content and intellectual property

The Rushmoor name, logos and original website content are protected to the extent permitted by law. Product names and marks may belong to their respective owners. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not copy or commercially exploit protected content without permission.

12. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie choices are explained in the Cookie Policy.

13. Website availability

Rushmoor does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption. Temporary outages, maintenance, network problems or third-party service interruptions may affect access or order processing.

14. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rushmoor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Changes to these terms

Rushmoor may update these terms when its services, delivery coverage, payment options or legal obligations change. The latest update date will be shown on this page.
